the app is very useful for marketing your website, starting from the email marketing pop-ups and then loyalty programs, and most of the main features you get for free. The customer service is great and these guys are AWESOME! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE WHO CARES TO PROMOTE THE WEBSITE.

My clients love Rivo for my online metaphysical store! It works for both products and services! It even automatically provides my clients with additional points for their birthdays. As a store owner, I love how quick the Rivo Support response time is via chat. Quick and easy and super friendly. 10/10 shopify app.

Just finished a call with James one of Rivo support members and he was legit. Helped me get the program set up and branded via color and text for my site. Rivo is working on a POS integration and we are really looking forward to the update.

Just installed the Rivo loyalty app and trying to put everything together to drive customer retention on our new Shopify store. CS (Aa) is nice and friendly, helping me out on my questions while my figuring out the backend functionality.
