I cannot recommend Rivo enough. We had a slight implementation issue, but I judge a company on how they respond to issues. I was impressed that the CEO took the time to chat 1 on 1 to make sure our issue was fully resolved. This level of support is greatly appreciated and should reassure anyone looking for a rewards program. I highly recommend Rivo.

James here from Rivo. First of all, I am so sorry for your experience so far using the app. Not an ideal first impression and looking back on the support conversations, it makes total sense based on the issues that occurred.

On the actual issue: looks like what happened here was a slight discrepancy with the orders backfill. I know what went wrong here and I'd like to clarify a few things around logic with you before proceeding with a fix.

We have a fully remote team and while we try to respond in 1 business day to escalated tickets, sometimes a timezone difference or a weekend makes that difficult. I'm very sorry for the time it took us to respond there, and in the future when you contact support, it'll be much quicker, or you can email me directly at james@rivo.io.

I've reached out over email to jump on a google meet (sent you a link). Let me know if you can join that we'll get to the bottom of what's happening.

The app is top-notch, and it makes everything so much easier. On top of that, the support team is absolutely incredible, they're responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Highly recommend

We've been using Rivo for about 6 months and have had an amazing experience so far. Their customer service is top tier – fast, efficient, and extremely helpful. Jel was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to upgrade our account with features outside of our paid plan to help us get the best use out of the app. Would definitely recommend!

I reached out to Paul for a couple of questions. He was very quick to assist me. I was a little bummed to find out there isn't a way for customers to enter text on question based "ways to earn" tasks within the app like a couple of other apps offer and the only work around is to create a form with a separate URL or something. Hopefully an in app question/form option comes in the future since it really is a great app. Either way, Paul was great and gave me the little bit of code I needed for the landing page in like 5 seconds.

Great experience with Pete, who helped set up the initial settings. He was also very helpful with other features on the app, as well as some of our other website features as well.

very great app, I use to choose simile as my loyalty app, but the price too expensive for me, with Rivo, the price is much much better, and the greatest part is customer support, that really impressive me
