App is not working or doing the one objective it's meant to do!
i installed the app as per the recommendation of other people to collect reviews for my store, but my experience has been nothing but a complete disappointment.
since the beginning it has not sent one single request to any of my customers. I reached to their support in order to fix it, and my case has been just getting escalated to a different team, but non of the less, with no fix or solution or even a timeframe when this can be sorted out.
this has done nothing so far except wasting time and effort, and instead of building up and having already collected reviews for the store, i have to start over by searching for another app that can really do its job.
TLDR: Awful app, Had a horrific time with the support staff in the end had to uninstall this app and move to a different review service that we are beyond satisfied with.
Installed this app, didn't look too bad, had a alright feature set for the price, shortly after installing we noticed that review requests were being sent out immediately despite having set them in the app to send 14 days after dispatch, we flagged this to support and a ticket was opened after months of chasing and asking for a timeline on the resolution we got nothing, not being able to bear the harm being caused, and not receiving any reviews due to the immediate request(Before customers had received their orders) we were left with no choice to remove this app from our store and move over to a different provider that we are extremely happy with.
We will not be using this service ever again and I encourage you not to either!
App wouldn't send review requests, so it never collected reviews. Customer support said they needed to be given access to my store in order to help--apparently they can't see what their app is doing on their end. I declined and was sent to another customer support team. In the end, I just deleted the app and switched to a better app for collecting reviews.
Happy at first easy to set up.
After 3 weeks all I can say is I'm disappointed. the only feature of app is to leave a review on the website products. I have escalated that to the team as it seems impossible to upload reviews. 3 weeks pass by and they still trying to fix the issue... no progress .

I don't how these folks get so many positive reviews. I've had to contact them so many times about review request emails not being sent, among other problems. They respond politely but take days to "investigate" the problem. Plus, I receive no emails letting me know that I've received a new review. I recently discovered I had bad review left on my website and I had no idea, so I couldn't respond. Terrible app.

DO NOT USE THIS APP! SCAMMERS! They don't have any tech or any support, there running a fraudulent company. They're app doesn't work, load or preform anything close to satisfactory. They're customer support team is of no help forwarding problem to the next team and then the next 48 hours passed and they still dont have any answer. ALL THEY WANT is access to your shopify account. I was on a deadline and still tried to cooperate with them. PATHETIC experience.

Be careful about the import. The template if formatted wrong. I did a lot of work to just have it not WORK. Annoyed! Its free so I guess I should not complain. You get what you pay for.
I unfortunately haven't had a great experience with this app. It's been 25 days since a review request has been sent and the tech team hasn't been able to solve the problem in that time. As a small business, reviews are so important to establishing a trustworthy brand, and I've missed out on hundreds of opportunities to establish that trust in the three weeks the app hasn't been working. I've communicated frequently wish customer service to no avail. If you're looking for an app to gather customer feedback, help build your brand, and for a customer service team that quickly resolves issues, then I'd look elsewhere.

Worst app ever I unistall it and made my store terrible. customer support the worst ever. Hours for someone to response to me! Absolutely crazy bad app. Don't recommend it

I've submitted 2 tickets for issues I have experienced and no help or communication in 3 weeks. The reps who I did speak to were helpful.
