Over the last weeks, I've tried a half dozen or more review apps, looking for one that was suitable for a one-product shop, also had video and image reviews, and was in my price range. Tydal is definitely it. It allows for a lot of control and customization, which is important to me, and also WORKS without too much messing around with code (if at all)
To top it off, their customer service is FANTASTIC! I'm usually the type that never asks or takes anyone up on assistance, but their phenomenal rep Jamie (who also compiles their in-depth tutorials) gave me quite a few invaluable bits of guidance to help me transition my site to this platform more easily, and make use of its many features. I'm very pleased.
