L’app è stata molto semplice da usare e mi sono trovato finora bene. L’assistenza è pronta ad aiutarti ed é molto gentile.

Great experience with the Mica on the Rivo customer chat! Quick response even in the early hours of the morning on a weekend when I was able to work on the updates. In my experience so far, I would highly recommend working with a Rivo app for your store. Thanks for your help!

I just installed the app and had a great experience so far. Jel was very helpful in getting it set up. I haven't used it yet but so far it seems very easy and simple to use.

It is really good to communicate with the Rivo team, they very well understand the customer requirement and resolve every query. I mine case I had a very good experience while chatting with one of the team member Arianne.. With in a chat she resolve all my queries and also got some very good suggestion for my store.. which is also very useful and missing in my store.

The support is amazing! I chatted with the lovely Jel and she was so much help even advised me on changes to my website that had no relation to the Rivo app! You can remove the branding so the app does not show with the reviews, send automated emails to customers after 14 days of fulfilment and in honesty I can't believe the app is free
