I recently received excellent service from Jel. She was very friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my experience. She was patient and attentive, and made sure to address all of my concerns. Overall, I was very impressed with the level of service provided by Rivo and would definitely recommend them to others.

I recently had an issue uploading an old CSV file, and I was assisted by Paul, who was incredibly helpful and patient. He took the time to understand my problem and then worked tirelessly to find a solution. It took him almost an hour, but he was eventually able to get the file uploaded and my reviews imported.

I am very grateful for Paul's help, and I am impressed with the RIVO App overall. It is easy to use, and it has a variety of features that make it a valuable tool for managing reviews. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to collect and display reviews on their Shopify store.

Die App ist sehr übersichtig aufgebaut, selbst ohne Englischkenntnisse findet man sich gut zurecht und man kann alles auf seine Bedürfnisse abstimmen. Der Support von Paul war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Klare weiterempfehlung

Highly recommend using this app, I use their popup menu service im liking it so far thats why im using them again for my reviews and email lists on my store. This is really great service and i cant say enough how the support team is so great. Always efficient and so helpful with insights, its like they really in support of your business. I was helped by Jel and she was amazing and made every step easy. Thank you Jel
