This app is very easy to install, gives you instant view of everything and Abbie was absolutely awesome. That customer service its on another level. Highly recommend. :)

Rivo has been a great experience for me so far! We had great help from Abbie who went above and beyond what i asked support for which was just a great touch to amazing service! This app has also been the best app for reviews in my opinion. very easy and simple and not complicated to set up at al!! We recommend!!

I started the chat process by requesting that my store be added to the priority emailing. Pete was the representative to respond to my request. He was quick, proficient, and polite in completing my request. My experience with Rivo has been the same every time, as this was not my first use of the support team. I had help with both the Rivo Review and Rivo Pop-up and I have no complaints.
