I have just used the application, and I am discovering all its features, it seems that everything is well done!

Asked for help regarding the branding on the reviews itself. One small support talk and all issues were solved! Great team to work with definitely reccomend.

At first I thought it wasn't working but it just needed a few seconds to refresh! Super easy to use and it's free which is even more helpful. It even allows a customer to post a picture and give them a discount incentive for it.

Customer service is such a big help too. Messaging with Mica was the best instant chat experience I've had with an associate. That can really brighten your day so I appreciate their enthusiasm! She provided more helpful ways to use the app too!

Paul was very helpful and was very nice and he was quick to get in their and remove the branding from the app in my store and even complemented on one one of my products that I’m selling in my store and said he would give me a review on it after I asked him which was really sweet for him to do that for me Get customer service He even added me to the VIP and threw in some extra goodies for free so yeah it was a great experience and now I have a new follower on Instagram Thank you again Paul for your great services

10/10 customer support, he was super nice and helpful and even gave me a tip and added a few features to my plan. The app works great (unlike others) and has a lot of features. It looks very clean, it's really underrated!

I tried some other Rivo apps and I was pleasantly surprised by them so I decided to switch up my reviews app to a rivo one too. I am also very happy with the customer support, thank you very much for Paul for helping me and for his patience.
