Rivo customer service was quick to respond and take care of any issue I had. I can see why their rating is so high. No matter how large or small your business is currently, they are more than willing to help with any issue you may have.

The customer service was really great. I was able to get so much done in one session. The service rep Abbie was able to get everything I asked of done and it was done quite fast.

Added this application to my website for product reviews. I love that it's free and seems to be really simple to use and input into the website. Abbie was extremely friendly, and helpful, as well as offered great advice on my website once she removed the Rivo branding from the widget. Absolute perfect customer service and I love how personable they are. Thanks again, Abbie. You're the bomb!

i used the app to create a spot where my customers can leave reviews about their experience with my shop and my products, i needed some help with it and Mr. Lance from customer support helped me and he also gave me some good advices for my website, i had an important element missing from it and he explained me why i need it, also he appreciate my website and he liked it and i am greatful for that, i wish him best of luck and i hope next time if i have a problem to reach him and help me. Thank you!
