Abbie was a great help. She was polite and friendly. I have just started working with this app and am excited to use it. There are great features that will benefit my store's visitors. Reviews are important but there is so much more to this app. Abbie, thank you for the compliment it was appreciated. And thank you for the Instagram suggestion. I have been super impressed with the customer service with Rivo so far. It's so great to have these apps as a resource for small businesses like mine. Arianne was super helpful today with getting my review app up and running. I like that I can reply to reviews and that customers can leave a picture or video file with their review.

So far so good. Mica has been very helpful today removing the rivo branding as well as adding some suggestions to make the store look better.

best customer support I've ever had, Abbie is just great and super friendly, helped with setting up a lot of things with the app. The review widgets look great better than all the other apps out there and super userfriendly.

Easy to use and the chat assistants are fantastic. I love the option to email out review requests for past orders.

Good stuff. Help me alot. But the problem witht his review is that i cannot submit review with less word as intended. So need to make up shit to continue. Fix your review settings. Cheers.
