This app was really very easy to install and plug into my store. Looks great, modern, and streamlined. Still haven't used it much but I am so excited to get my first reviews! Shout-out to Vicky at Customer Support for her patience and help - awesome!

The app is easy to use. Arianne from customer service was very helpful. I will try also the popup app. In 5 minutes i was able to costumize everything in italian.

I am so glad that I found this app - it's a complete revelation! I have had a very frustrating morning trying various other Reviews apps and then deleting them because they won't do what I want. However, the Rivo Product Reviews was very straightforward to install and within a couple of moments, I had customised it with my own wording and store colours, positioned it where I wanted it and tested it. I requested support with a small matter and had a very (and I do mean very) quick response from Pete who was helpful and got the issue sorted straight away. He was a real pleasure to deal with. Thanks Pete.

Great customer service and probably one of the best rating apps out there! 24 hour help line resolved 2 of my issues in one go and the best part is i didnt even need to mention the second part!

Still getting my head around Rivo Reviews App, but it is very easy to use and very customizable. Highly recommend! And the customer service is top class - I would give 10 stars if there was an option :) Jel was very helpful and even made a few suggestions to help improve our online store customization.
