Customer service from Sam was very friendly and fast. He helped us quickly remove the branding of Tydal on our site.

Great customer service and app is very well built! I used the chat to remove the 'Powered by Tydal' branding on the widget and not only did they remove it super quick, but they added me to their priority server queues and removed the email sending limit all for free! I've tried other apps but they didn't work for my needs and price range but Tydal has so many great things and is easy to work with for a great price.

Tydal app review simple to use and easy to install my site is not published yet but looks good on the site .I had to get in touch with support to remove the tydal branding and to get priority emailing and jamie was quick and gave me useful info. Support was great - Recommend yes
