I received help from Abbie and she was AMAZING!! She went above and beyond and provided me with help I didnt even know I needed. Would definitely recommend this app to others and am very pleased with the customer service I received. Thank you again Abbie.

I highly recommend this App, The UI is very nice and fast, removing the branding on the app was just as fast, when I spoke to customer service, I was connected to Paul who assisted me through everything! I am so glad I found this App!

So far so good. I haven't had much chance to use it to its full potential but their customer service is excellent. Pete was super helpful and got me set up properly.

I'll update the review if things change down the road but, so far so good.

Amazing customer service, always. Easy to set up, easy to use, you can even translate it via Translate & Adapt which is outstanding.

I would not think twice and just use this app!

Paul was super helpful in explaining the features on the Rivo reviews app and offered on his own to remove the rivo branding. Prompt and very friendly..look forward to leveraging the app to gather customer reviews and UGC!
