I would say that the app is pretty simple to use and the CSR is very quick to response. So far so good, I also got a suggestion in regards to my store something that I didn't really know about, which made so much sense to me when Pete suggested it with a link to Shopify Help and a picture diagram on how to do it which I am really amazed that now I know....I guess you learn something new everyday when you are building a Ecom store! Thank you Pete your customer service and delivery is on point!! YOUR AMAZING!

Jel responded very quickly and was more than helpful. She helped with some app settings that I wasn't even aware of. Just started using the app. It already seems it's going to very well.

Only been using App for short time but the help I just received via the chat was excellent, concise and easy to follow. Jel was very helpful and provided me with additional info & help on other subjects that I was unaware of and will be of great help. Good work.

As a small business, I don't have all the funds to invest into a product review app so I was excited to see that Rivo was free to install onto my store. I wanted to removed the "Powered by Rivo" off of my store so I chatted with Abbie and she was wonderful! She was quick to answer my question and gave me some free upgrades. Definitely recommend for anyone that is looking for a product review app!!
