El chat en vivo es bastante rápido y la atención es excelente. Voy a empezar a usar los widgets hasta ahora pero lo que veo por el momento se ve muy bien.

My review is for Betty, the agent who helped me. She was fantastic! Friendly, warm, and engaging. I never felt rushed while she guided me through several issues. One issue could not be resolved, but that was no fault of her at all. It was just a minor limitation with my chosen them. If all the customer service reps are like her, then I will be referring everyone to Rivo. And if they are not like her, I suggest she gives some training classes. :) Thank you so much, Betty!

I had a lot of questions and Jel was a wonderful help getting rivo set up on my website and offered personal suggestions as well. The best tech support I have EVER had.
