Great product and even greater customer support! You get your problem solved in one minute. And the app is very friendly to these who just start their small business, since the most amazing functions are free to use!

I have not had full use of the app yet but so far so good. Nice to see a support chat that responds so quickly and is proactive in giving information

Only had the app for a few days, and needed a bit of help and Mica was very helpful and sorted out the problem straight away! Even gave me some tips for my website so a HUGE thanks for that! Def a great app and fantastic customer service!

The app is very easy to use. I had a small problem regarding the placement. But the nice customer support helped me immediately and even gave me some tips for my online store. Recommend this app to others :)

Abbie has out done herself once again! The speed and accuracy of the information is unreal. Not only is she fast and knowledgeable but in answering my one question she not only provided me the answer but provided me with an upgrade on features for free and gave me some tips for my website. WOW! Rivo, you have a lifetime customer here.

Arianne is a sweetheart and was knowledgeable and helpful with setting up our reviews for our store! RIVO has been a great experience with their other products as well. It’s been three days now since installing the Product reviews widget, and the issue we’re having is that we requested to have the “Powered by RIVO” branding removed twice, then today was the third time. Each time they remove it, then it’s back later in the day or the next day. Not liking that at all!
