Nice app and customer service!

Sam was great with helping me remove the Tydal branding as well as answering a few questions about customization.

Customer service is great. App it's self is easy to navigate. Only negative thing to say, when looking at reviews that are left on products, it is sometimes frustrating. When you click on one review, it brings up an entirely different review and it is impossible to get to the intended review at times. Other than that glitch that needs working out, great app to have!

Jamie was so helpful in helping me set up the TYDAL review app! She was very informative and gave me links to additional instruction pages. I felt like she truly cared about my website and even gave me additional tips on how to improve. I am so impressed by their customer service!

So far I’m sad that I can’t praise this company more than the 5 stars shopify allow. Personally I’d give them 100 stars if I could!
I’m a complete noob to the wonderful world of website design and Jamie at Tydal has walked me through more things that have nothing to do with this app whilst helping me actually set the app up. She’s been friendly and reassuring, answered all my questions and never once pressured me to buy anything at all which is really important to me as a lot of businesses on here try to do just that.

We’ve set up emails and discounts, sorted the reviews and all that’s in between and I’m so grateful for her and of course all the team for being so amazing and being so good at what they do which is creating an easy to navigate app. I’m now off to set up their rewards program too as I’m so impressed by their work!

Keep up the good work guys! You definitely deserve more than 5 stars!
