Great experience with customer support! Arianne, from customer support, was very helpful getting set up and addressing my issues. The app is easy to use and integrates seamlessly with our store. Great product!

Paul was superb with his service in assisting me. He went above and beyond solving more then one request during our chat. This allows me to open my store now and not sweat the small stuff. Excellent service, very patient! Thanks again!

I highly recommend this app! The customer service is excellent, very friendly and helpful. I had the delight of speaking to Paul, he was extremely helpful, patient and fast at responding. If you're looking for an excellent product review app that is completely free and has great customer service then look no further. I'm still getting to know the app but it is completely user friendly and I always know if I do have any questions the customer support team is always a live chat away. Rivo also do more apps so definitely be sure to check them out. I'm currently also using the EMAIL POP UPS | Opt‑In Popups app which is also free and I highly recommend.
