I've experienced the review glitch some are speaking of (when you click a button it brings up the entire review instead, or a different one altogether, but it's a bit of a minor inconvenience compared to all the positives!

Having only just added this app to my store I cannot comment on how well it is working at the moment for me, but the customer service I have received so far from Sam was exceptional I am sure I will be in contact with them again to fix something for me :) once I have had the chance to utilise the app I will update my review.

Currently this is the best review app on Shopify. I fully recommend it and also keep in mind that their support is helping you all the time without any delays. Sam was really helpful and everything went smooth.

WOW!! The best app I have used with Shopify yet!

I installed the app onto an older theme so some of the options for my theme were not part of the tutorial. I contacted TYDAL through their chat function and was greeted within one minute by SAM who is a rock-star and helped me finish the app set up. It is very easy to use and I highly recommend as a Shopify theme user for over 5 years. Thanks so much Sam for your outstanding customer service.
