4 stars because there's always room for improvement, on top of that I was helped super fast and am satisfied of their good customer service. The only way is UP!

I have met some trouble with the app, but Sam is pretty a nice, and professional people, with his help, everything is ok now

Great customer service from Sam. I love how it's free and easy to use. The reviews help make my store look a lot more credible!
I've experienced the review glitch some are speaking of (when you click a button it brings up the entire review instead, or a different one altogether, but it's a bit of a minor inconvenience compared to all the positives!

So far, I am liking this app. Further may upgrade my review. Sam, the person who supported me on the chat, was very courteous and very helpful. I give Sam five stars right now.

I just downloaded the app and was setting it up when I clicked on a button just to see what it was. A chat box opened up and I was greeted by Sam; he was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. I gave the app 4 stars because I haven't had a chance to use it yet. I will give 5 stars to Sam though; he was just fun to talk to and very helpful.

Really great and easy to use. Looked for many other options but this one looked the best. Works well with my store and I love the emailing feature as well.
