Abbie was amazing as always and helped me find this app after we concluded that there wasn't currently a free way to integrate the rewards app to incentivize my customers to leave reviews, and I am still a very small very new business. I do like the app, but I can tell it's in it's infancy. There aren't quite enough branding options available, unlike the rewards app which looks seamless on my store. And of course I would have liked integration with the 2 apps. No brainer there. I'll stick with it though. It's still way better than the native Shopify review app, and you can NOT beat Rivo's customer service! Thanks again Abbie!

I love this App. I chatted with Paul today on verifying my store in just second everything was done; he even helps me with other things that I needed help with, I would recommend using rivo for your site.

I would definitely recommend the app mainly because of the customer service I've received from Paul which is one of your team members. The service is top tier and Paul is amazing. The responses were quick, and my experience was by no means frustrating. Paul mastered the product knowledge of the company and this I know by his offerings and his response. Thanks alot.
