Really love Rivo and all the apps that they offer. I am really pleased with that they have to offer. I have used other apps that I actually ended up replacing with the Rivo apps for review, loyalty points, and emails/ website pop-ups. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to improve the quality of their store and making it more appealing and user friendly. 10/10!

App is super useful. Had a bit of issues at the start but the customer service was super fast and resolved my issues almost immediately.

This app is pretty straight forward and fairly easy to use. Support was very helpful and fast especially Abbie, who was very fast, friendly and informative.

I would say it has been an amazing experience. They have excellent customer service that responds quickly and are experts that give tips and advice to help you grow as a business. Paul was such a great help, I mean do not get me wrong the tool has amazing features and works wonders for my business, but I stayed because of the service. Not a lot of companies cherish that anymore. If you are a business owner, I highly recommend going with Rivo.
