Paul was superb with his service in assisting me. He went above and beyond solving more then one request during our chat. This allows me to open my store now and not sweat the small stuff. Excellent service, very patient! Thanks again!

The application has a top notch support. The chat is available and you can get a response right away. Abbie helped me to remove the Rivo brand and gave me additional useful advice and information regarding my website. The app is working properly sending review requests to customers, which are very important for any business. The app interface it’s easy to navigate and use. I highly recommend

easy to use, hopefully they implement some kind of review scraper, otherwise very gut app and for free :O
