Support team member Arianne was very helpful and went the extra mile with giving me a tip to add a favicon to my store. She was quick to respond, very friendly and knowledgeable.

While verifying my shop to remove the app branding, Abbie messaged me to help with the process. She was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She had a couple good suggestions for the site. One of them I was already working on, but the other was functional on my (Android) devices. It was good to know there is an issue with it not showing up on MacBook. Now I know I need to work on fixing that. Thanks again for your help Abbie!
