I would say it has been an amazing experience. They have excellent customer service that responds quickly and are experts that give tips and advice to help you grow as a business. Paul was such a great help, I mean do not get me wrong the tool has amazing features and works wonders for my business, but I stayed because of the service. Not a lot of companies cherish that anymore. If you are a business owner, I highly recommend going with Rivo.

This app is pretty straight forward and fairly easy to use. Support was very helpful and fast especially Abbie, who was very fast, friendly and informative.

The app has everything I need and would want as a small business owner. I ran into a bit of confusion with getting everything set up the way I wanted but the live chat made it super easy for me to get immediate help and the agent I spoke with, Mica, was kind and had every answer + solution I needed right at her fingertips. 10/10!

It's super easy to use, and Abbie, a person on the support team was super helpful and solved a problem I didn't even know I had. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who wants to have reviews on their store.
