Ik heb de app zelf nog niet gebruikt. Heb hem net geïnstalleerd. Je kan aanpassen volgens huisdesign en dat is de reden dat ik deze app koos. De klantenservice is snel en accuraat. Pete voegde onmiddellijk een aantal features toe.

I have just started using the app and am still in the design and learning phase. I do love all the options and looking forward to using them. I recommend this app to everyone because of the customer service and the user friendly functions. Just got done chatting with Paul and he gave me great encouragement and a few tips for more exposure to my store! I have been using this app since October. The app has not been able to email requests for a review to any customers. Customer service acknowledged the issue and said the development team was addressing it. Unfortunately, there was never a resolution to the issue, and they suggested I try a different app.
Did anyone else have issues with the review request feature automatically emailing review requests once an order was delivered?
