Use otras aplicaciones de reviews, y destaco totalmente la facilidad para adecuar al idioma propio de las plantillas de esta aplicación. Por otra parte, la atención que recibí de Abbie fenomenal. Partiendo porque en muchas aplicaciones te responden al día siguiente y me respondieron de RIVO en minutos, y además si esto fuera poco siempre tengo el problema de entender ya que no hablo inglés y ABBIE me atendió totalmente en mi idioma español, o sea no podría pedir más, excelente atención, una aplicación que necesitaba, es muy rápido configurarlo, pude importar mis recomendaciones anteriores, y GRATIS! De verdad muchas gracias por hacer accesible estas funciones a negocios pequeños =). Muy agradecida.

So far so good. Mica has been very helpful today removing the rivo branding as well as adding some suggestions to make the store look better.

The representative Arianne, was extremely helpful. She originally helped with removing the branding from my site, but even when the extra mile to give me a couple of pointers and the web links to help with my store. Will use this and further products in the future from the company!!

I was customizing my shop and I saw where I could get Rivo's branding removed. I clicked on it and met Abbie in the chat. She was phenomenal and even showed me how to change my Favicon which I didn't even know you could do. She was super helpful and easy to talk to. Keep her on the team!
