Abbie was a great help. She was polite and friendly. I have just started working with this app and am excited to use it. There are great features that will benefit my store's visitors. Reviews are important but there is so much more to this app. Abbie, thank you for the compliment it was appreciated. And thank you for the Instagram suggestion. Review for Pete and Rivo Product Review App. Amazing, answers my business needs. As, I dont require google reviews, so this is the perfect partner - app, for the busines. To offer a review service, and informative information for the products, to all viewers and customers is highly valuable to any website. I choose Rivo. I download this app to help me with reviews on my website, not tested yet but the customer service from Jel was amazing. Jel help me with my question and resolved my problem. Jel even gave me a suggestion to my website, was perfect. Thank you :)

I have been super impressed with the customer service with Rivo so far. It's so great to have these apps as a resource for small businesses like mine. Arianne was super helpful today with getting my review app up and running. I like that I can reply to reviews and that customers can leave a picture or video file with their review.

best customer support I've ever had, Abbie is just great and super friendly, helped with setting up a lot of things with the app. The review widgets look great better than all the other apps out there and super userfriendly.
