2-3 minutes after I wrote, a guy named Pete replied and he was really helpful. He explained every step. The problem was resolved very quickly. Although the application is free, it is better than most applications.

Rivo is a cool app! Fairly easy to use and the support staff (especially Abbie) are very helpful. Abbie gave me some pointers on how to use the app and even gave me some free advice for my Shopify store. I totally appreciated her help!

I am currently using both Rivo Product Review and Email Pop-Up apps. Terrific apps that are really user friendly. Have had a few questions about getting more out of them and Paul was great at answering questions and was even kind enough to unlock some free features for me.
