I installed this app to allow my customers to leave reviews for our subscription products. It was very simple to install and worked perfectly first time. The app allows customers to leave 5 star ratings, a bit of a review and photos of the products (which is a great extra bit of free advertising!). I also contacted their customer support to help with customising the app to my website. Abbie responded really quickly and helped me sort everything I wanted to do in the app. Fantastic support and a brilliant app! And its free! Amazing!

It is very simple and easy to use! The support team is really good, and they do stuff for you even if you don't ask. I added this to my store and it looks very slick and clean.

The Rivo review app is amazing, it really has transformed the look of my product page, it looks and great and is really easy to set up and use! The customer service and support is like no other! They Rivo team are very responsive and help with problems instantly, i needed some adjustments done today which a guy called Pete helped me with, Pete was extremely responsive and had the adjustments made within 10 mins, cant recommend this app enough! Abbie was super helpful - answered all of our questions and even gave us some good pointers to improve our store. Super fast response, almost instant making troubleshooting quick and easy. Would recommend

Rivo has such an amazing ecosystem, I'm a user of all three apps that Rivo made and I really hope they make more in the future to accommodate more needs (like an email newsletter, upsells etc). and the best is that for new shop owners like myself it's completely free
