TYDAL Product Reviews App

It is my first day using the app and I'm excited to see how this will work! Great customer service which makes me more excited to dive in.

I have been happy with my experience using the TYDAL Product Reviews App on my shopify site (https://roussan.net). It does what I need it to do and is fairly straight forward to use.

I have tried several review apps and this by far is the best. Lots of great features and ways to customize and automate. And their customer service is amazing. Super responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend!

Sam at Tydal was great at promptly helping me verify my account and get what I needed set up! Very efficient customer support, no waiting around or left hanging, and I love the ease of use of Tydal. Its EXACTLY what I was looking for for ratings and reviews, where I could send an email to my customers instead of all other apps that just install a widget on the website to collect ratings and reviews, which could be a bunch of haters or competitors making up fake names to try to make the brand look bad. Tydal is easy to install and setup, and its FREE!!!!
