Customer support was super helpful! Jamie helped me set up priority email sending and even gave some tips on how to improve my website after asking for my permission!

I am relatively new to using the Rivo application but I am very content with what the app provides so far! We are a small business and just recently launched our online shop, so we are constantly on the lookout for useful add-ons. Installing a reviews app seemed mandatory, and after installing and trying out different applications I finally discovered the Rivo app which had the easiest set-up and customization possibilities (also in the free version!!!) and I have been using it since! Their support team is awesome, I just texted them with a request to remove the "Rivo branding" and Arianne got back to me within seconds and was utterly friendly and helpful. She even provided additional input and feedback which I found really nice Service 10/10
