App is easy to set up and Therese was very helpful with getting me started since I am new to adding reviews to my website as well as this app.

I have had issues with this app since it was set up. Now the reviews are not uploading on my website. The issues was escalated and was supposedly fixed, but after reviewing my website I have still having the same issue. I tried chatting with support over 4 hours ago but still no reply
