Pete is an awesome person! He was able to answer my questions and also provide helpful tips. I feel that he is a person who goes out of his way to make sure that people get the best customer service. Arianne with their customer service was super helpful and answered all of my questions, so I give the app 5 stars for customer support. She answered right away and was very patient with me being a new user as well.
