I would definitely recommend the app mainly because of the customer service I've received from Paul which is one of your team members. The service is top tier and Paul is amazing. The responses were quick, and my experience was by no means frustrating. Paul mastered the product knowledge of the company and this I know by his offerings and his response. Thanks alot. Much appreciated!

Jel was more than helpful. Quick responses and went above and beyond to help me. I have been putting off adding reviews to my site for months but now I know there is such useful help available I will finish the set up today with Rivo. 100% recommend!

This app is the truth. However, customer service is top-notch. I believe the quality of the product is in customer service. I was looking for a good review app and we found it. Customizable to your store is a huge plus.

Rivo is an amazing app that every store needs to have to capture users' reviews. The app is simple to install and use. To cap it up, customer service especially by Abbie is top notch and second to none. Abbie over-delivers with very simple and clear communication. I recommend Rivo app with =out any reservation. Bravo Abbie.
