Staff was quick to help me get set up and they even offered some pointers to set up some of the small details that I missed, that really give my shop a professional look. These pointers had nothing to do with their product and in no way benefited them. The sent links to Shopify's tutorials and as a result, I was able to make a few subtle changes, that add a lot to my site. Again, it in no way benefited them to do this. While I just started using their products, I am blown away with the customer service and I am confident that my experience with their products will be no different!

We used this app to help gain subscribers by email. It has been helpful with the automated pop up from Rivo! Every time there is an issue someone is available to assist even during the weekend! We are now trying the review product and will provide a review once it's been used by a customer. Great job Rivo small businesses need you!

I started dealing with "Rivo" through using their application "Rivo Popups - Email Pop ups". And because of its elegant, brilliant, logical, smooth & simple way of displaying & functioning, I decided to visit "Rivo's Page" just to discover more about their products; well using their Popups App gives me a proof of professionalism in coding & programming! Power of Simplicity, I advise you all to have it to increase your Clientele Data Base!
Then I decided to have "Rivo: Rewards, Loyalty Program" on my store. It's a decision that ascends my store to a complete distinctive level of Online Business. Complex but yet simple to deal with. Unique concept but aiming to target you the most possible sales out of your store's visitors.
As regards "Rivo's Support Team", I feel speechless to describe how Friendly, Professional & Creative They're. I feel lost for words, especially after dealing with them. When you have an issue to solve, they don't only do what needed to fix it but they provide you the right method to upgrade your store!

Pete was a lot of help with removing the branding and even answered a few extra questions I had about app functions. He did everything right and knew all the answers.
I love the app but would like a couple additional features that I feel would be helpful. But I see you may come out with them on updates in the future, so I will be patient. I was trying to get reviews from customers before I found this app so it was a pleasant surprise that it will be so easy now without me manually doing things to get them.

So far, this app has been very convenient for my business. I have been growing my business on Etsy for 2 years now and am finally ready to open up my new website. This is by far the best review app on this, store and I have tried a lot of them!! The customer support here is the best Paul was able to update colors and text I couldn't change on my store for me, that above and beyond help. I would recommend anyone looking for a reviews app to download this one right away! I couldn't be any more satisfied with how this looks on my website. Highly recommend using this app, I use their popup menu service im liking it so far thats why im using them again for my reviews and email lists on my store. This is really great service and i cant say enough how the support team is so great. Always efficient and so helpful with insights, its like they really in support of your business. I highly recommend this app! The customer service is excellent, very friendly and helpful. I had the delight of speaking to Paul, he was extremely helpful, patient and fast at responding. If you're looking for an excellent product review app that is completely free and has great customer service then look no further. I'm still getting to know the app but it is completely user friendly and I always know if I do have any questions the customer support team is always a live chat away. Rivo also do more apps so definitely be sure to check them out. I'm currently also using the EMAIL POP UPS | Opt‑In Popups app which is also free and I highly recommend.

i used the app to create a spot where my customers can leave reviews about their experience with my shop and my products, i needed some help with it and Mr. Lance from customer support helped me and he also gave me some good advices for my website, i had an important element missing from it and he explained me why i need it, also he appreciate my website and he liked it and i am greatful for that, i wish him best of luck and i hope next time if i have a problem to reach him and help me. Abbie was amazing as always and helped me find this app after we concluded that there wasn't currently a free way to integrate the rewards app to incentivize my customers to leave reviews, and I am still a very small very new business. I do like the app, but I can tell it's in it's infancy. There aren't quite enough branding options available, unlike the rewards app which looks seamless on my store. And of course I would have liked integration with the 2 apps. No brainer there. I'll stick with it though. It's still way better than the native Shopify review app, and you can NOT beat Rivo's customer service! Thanks again Abbie!
