I was looking for a solution that didn't cost me an arm and a leg since my shop is new. Rivo Product Review is perfect. Not because it's free (at the moment) but because it has just the right features -- Star rating, Reviews, email reminders to collect reviews, customer pic/vid uploads, and more. I don't need an app to make me a drink, just one that won't make me drink more than I should. Plus it's super easy to set up. I did need help from Support due to my particular theme, and they were AWESOME. They had my issue fixed within hours. I highly recommend you give this app a try if you too need a Product Review app.
