TYDAL Product Reviews App

Customer service from Sam was very friendly and fast. He helped us quickly remove the branding of Tydal on our site.
The app currently works as it should out of the box with some optional settings but may require a few custom tweaks.

Just started using this app, but so far the customer service has been more than amazing! After install, they followed up with me via email to see if I need help setting the app up, and there is a chat feature in the app where you can chat with a live rep for assistance or questions. I worked with Jamie and they also gave me a helpful suggestion for my website completely unrelated to reviews. Love Tydal so far!!

I didn't know how to express that so much i love using this app on my store its an all in one review plugin and their support team are present 24/7 for free help even they help you like their own store and at the end give u a free feedback that was truly awesome. I love the way they respect your data and free consulation

The app is very user friendly and have never had an issue with any of the features

You can also easily transfer over your reviews from a different app using a CSV file.

Also the customer service is really good, (Jamie) was very polite and helped solve my issue and even gave me some advice

Great customer service and app is very well built! I used the chat to remove the 'Powered by Tydal' branding on the widget and not only did they remove it super quick, but they added me to their priority server queues and removed the email sending limit all for free! I've tried other apps but they didn't work for my needs and price range but Tydal has so many great things and is easy to work with for a great price.

Application with a big heart since it is free, it helps me a lot on my website so that my products can reach their sales. I hope it continues like this, it is totally configurable and customizable, it is a pleasure to have this application.
