I would have to say that customer service is phenomenal, I've always gotten excellent help with getting things set up and making changes. I would say that the only thing that it is lacking is customization. I switched to Rivo because I have the rewards app and wanted to make earning reviews more streamlined, but I'm giving up a fully customizable app to do so. It's a very on/off app and doesn't have a lot of granular modifications as far as style and integration (limiting methods of review, customizing email, customer/product limiters, etc.). I would recommend this app, but you get very basic features, so if that's all you need, then it will fill your needs.

Lance did a very good job at answering all the questions I had about how to edit the review widgets and he also told me about the favicon which was such a good suggestion! The app should add a feature to reply back to reviews that way the brand can engage more with its customers.

Customer Service is Excellent & Easy Installation. Will give four start because I have just installed it so I can not say much about performance. Will review again after using for a while

Once you uninstall the app, It just leaves their reviews there causing your site not to be usable for a day or 2 cause customers will see 2 reviews on your page one that you want and one from this supplier.

The app is good, the method of uploading a csv file was a bit tricky for me as the format for product id and date seems to change on its own once uploaded. tried spreadsheet and it worked. Th reason i came here to review is the sweet customer service staff. PETE was a great help to me abt using the app and plus he also went an extra mile and provided me with great suggestions for my store. Thanks pete!!
This app is great, they make it super easy for small businesses and people starting out. The live chat is 5 stars, they provided me with alot of general shopify tips and tricks i didnt know!

Very easy to use and understand for a new user. Guidance and help is readily available. I was assisted by MICA who was quick to give assistance when needed, she even managed to give me some tips regarding my store. Very thankful to Rivo and MICA. Thank you.
