Really quick and easy to set up and when i needed support their chat (with Sam) was super helpful and quick to help out

I just was working with Adrian and he was great. The app works exceptionally well and supported by a world class support team. Some apps have support which will take days to get a response. I always received immediate assistance, even on weekends like today. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

The customer service at TYDAL was excellent, and you don't find that very often these days. Everything was verified and set up quick. I would recommend them to anyone with a store on Shopify.

awesome customer service, i just installed the app, they sorted everything for me for example they quickly verified my account and removed powered by tydal branding, i basically had to do nothing, great help

We use Tydal reviews on our websites Flag Patch Shop, World Flags Direct, and World Flag Pins, and it's been a really helpful app for all of them! I can't figure out how to work the review import mechanism myself (it keeps saying my files are the wrong format even though I think I'm following the instructions) but Tydal customer service has been importing my files for me when I ask.

Update: figured out how to work the review mechanic! It's incompatible with Firefox, but works in Google Chrome.

Based solely on the support I got from Sam, I love this app. Easy to set up, and support via chat right inside the app responded within a minute. Great app for newbies to Shopify like me who just want something simple and headache-free.
