Rivo is powered by customer service representatives who make them one of the best providers to deal with. This morning I was again impressed by Abbie who not only did as asked but took the time to offer inciteful tips on how to improve certain features. She was respectful and helpful. I have to deal with many companies and many giants on a daily basis and they could all learn a lot from the service I got today. We often forget that the operators who face the public in our businesses are the face we show the world. I wish that every company I had to deal with had an Abbie because my shop would be at the top by now. Thank you
