I have just started using the app and am still in the design and learning phase. I do love all the options and looking forward to using them. I have been using this app since October. The app has not been able to email requests for a review to any customers. Customer service acknowledged the issue and said the development team was addressing it. Unfortunately, there was never a resolution to the issue, and they suggested I try a different app.
Did anyone else have issues with the review request feature automatically emailing review requests once an order was delivered?
We just finished setting up this app on our storefront and are excited to see it at work. We really loved the service. The service was kind and courteous. Thank you for your patience with us old people LOL.

I recommend this app to everyone because of the customer service and the user friendly functions.
