great and super friendly.. I expected some AI chatbot with no personality. but chatting with a real person, Sam, who I believe is real, was terrific.

I would 100% recommend this app, it took me 2 minutes to set up and now my website has professional looking reviews. Highly recommend this review app. My advisor (Jamie) was very polite and helped me with what I needed very quickly. Just know if you get Jamie as your advisor, you're in good hands!
