Design is awesome..
lot of issues related to published review still not able to view on product page.
Most important issue is star rating in not available on Product grid page..
The app is easy to use. Arianne from customer service was very helpful. I will try also the popup app. In 5 minutes i was able to costumize everything in italian.

I am so glad that I found this app - it's a complete revelation! I have had a very frustrating morning trying various other Reviews apps and then deleting them because they won't do what I want. However, the Rivo Product Reviews was very straightforward to install and within a couple of moments, I had customised it with my own wording and store colours, positioned it where I wanted it and tested it. I requested support with a small matter and had a very (and I do mean very) quick response from Pete who was helpful and got the issue sorted straight away. He was a real pleasure to deal with. Great customer service and probably one of the best rating apps out there! 24 hour help line resolved 2 of my issues in one go and the best part is i didnt even need to mention the second part!

Still getting my head around Rivo Reviews App, but it is very easy to use and very customizable. Highly recommend! Can't believe this app is free. It does everything more expensive services like Loox can do for no cost! Also, the customer service is very nice, and they are a pleasure working with!
