Why do I always get "Please wait your request is being verified" when I try to use the and then the reviews don't display when this happens, literally makes the app unusable!!!

I love this app and have been using Rivyo on my website for years. customers often leave lvoely reviews with photos, and i love the widget that is displayed on my homepage on the shopify store and also the designated reviews page i have made to showcase reviews.
