I initially had a small issue with this app with the "Ask a Question" and "Write a review" button, so I emailed the developer and they fixed it very quickly. The app is very clean for being free and I highly recommend it. :)
The customer support solved my problems and asked me to write a good reviews. However, once I wrote the comment, the problem came out again... BUT THERE IS NO ONE TO REPLY ME ANYMORE....

I've been used Loox for a long time, but I decided to change to the other platform because Loox UI doesn't look modern to me. In first, it's hard to set up your store with Rivyo, but they have the Best Customer Service! Highly recommended!
