I enjoyed customer support when I was able to live chat. Did not enjoy slow e-mails when I needed stuff done ASAP. Nobody's fault - simply timing issue.

pro: totally free, that's great
perfect support service, help to solve issues in 12 hours usually
integrate with photos
con: sometimes not so stable when you use third-party theme

Good Support with fantastic app features. They help me to design according to my design. Going to use it in other stores too!

Mark is awesome. He fixed everything for me. And he taught me how to imported it myself again after I got confused for some details and whatnot. Thank you for this app. My store looks more decent now than before. :) I will recommend this app. 5 STARS! Customer service is amazing!

This is the best app for reviews!! I say it loud with confidence!! I tried multiple different review apps that have more than 2000 reviews but this app was the best!! It was the easiest to use and you can edit your reviews settings or colors of font or design without any coding skills!! Even if you need some help, there is a chat room and they will help you if they are online but if they are offline, they will always get back to you and they will help you out. Very helpful staff!! Oh also the price was much better than other apps! I highly recommend this app :)
