Very happy with this app - integrates beautifully, allows us to import reviews from happy customers and always looks amazing. Support team is very speedy through the app chat.

This app is very convenient to use, and the staff is very professional and helpful to solve my problems

The app has a lot of capabilities, but the most prevalent factor was the customer service. I had problems installing the app since I was using Debutify. The HTML organization was jumbled compared to regular themes. Customer service helped me get the app installed to my custom store theme immediately and I was able to get my app up and running.

So far so good - their customer service is helpful with fixing it with my theme so it works now! Reviews look pretty good

我一下午都在钻研怎么把amazon上的呢评论导入到我的shopify店铺，我选了好几个插件，但是只有Rivyo这个插件简单易懂，并且服务帮助页面很明显。自己倒腾半天发现不会，于是我就咨询了他们。Jigs P这个小哥哥帮助我太多了，我的模板里面是不带有评论模，足足帮了我一个小时，超级超级感谢他，一步步叫我把代码填充进去模板里面。现在我可以轻松导入reviews啦哈哈哈希望我的店铺越做越强！！！他们在印度所以和我们没有多少时差，这个团队太棒了，你想要是服务人员是在美国本土，那我就得熬夜问了哈哈哈哈哈，他们非常赞哈哈哈哈，未来还会继续支持他们，做跨境电商技术性服务真的太需要了！！！！
