The customer support is very responsible and correct. They solved my problem in a very short period of time. I recommend them.

Rivyo app is straight forward to use. Now I have all my Amazon reviews imported and many included as testimonials on my homepage which I feel adds a lot of value.

The support team have been very responsive in helping me achieve the visual layout of the testimonials.

I was looking for an app to add reviews from Amazon to my Shopify store and Rivyo came highly recommended. After installing I ran in to some problem getting it to show up in my EcomSolid theme. I contacted Rivyo support and they solved all my "issues" directly. Super happy about the response and how they sorted out my snags. Now I can import reviews from both Amazon and AliExpress to my store.

They help us to re-upload the product reviews, which it can not display the pics by my side, they solve it very quickly! This helps to improve the website's trustworthiness and promote sales.
