Die App funktioniert sehr gut und der Support hat mir sehr schnell bei einem kleinen Problem geholfen.

現行のレビューアプリから移行する必要があったので、こちらを選びました。
日本語には対応してなく、移行時に旧アプリからレビューを移す際にCSVファイルを上手く読み込まないというエラーが出ましたが、素晴らしいサポートでクリアすることができました。

無料でも十分レビューアプリとして機能しますし、追加機能やデザイン変更をしたければ有料に切り替えることもできます。
完全に設定するにはもう少しですが、問題なく運用できそうです。

Amazing app packed with features. Highly recommend for photo reviews and Q&A. I tested a lot of different apps for this and for the price point, this is definitely one of the best out there.

nice app and easy app to use, many options. and also they have great support, i had some difficultys they helped me really good and very kind and helpfull.

UPDATE: I ended up switching to Judge.Me because I need in email reviews. Clients found it hard to find where to leave reviews. But this app is easy to use

I absolutely love this app! My reviews are branded and super cute. Emails are sent to get reviews and clients can also ask questions. LOVE!!!

I like the great customer service. I know nothing about codes, so I don't know how to install the app for my store. Thankfully Thimatic helped me sorted it out, and I'm happy with it. Thank you~~~

contacted customer service and they set me all up. finally able to show some reviews with hopes that that's what I was missing
